Add Tatu to the dining options available at the Power Plant Live complex. The swank Asian restaurant/lounge is a product of CB5 Restaurant Group, who also operate another Tatu location in the Hard Rock Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The sprawling two-level space has been redesigned to have a “Shanghai Deco ’30s feel,” according to its owners. Think plush velvet banquettes, low-key lighting and vibrant banana leaf wallpaper. The dramatic decor is a backdrop for the extensive food options, categorized as Chinois Pan Asian, Hunan and Szechwan Chinese, and Japanese sushi. Of course, the sushi is self-explanatory; other menu items include Hong Kong noodles, Shanghai beef, Thai green curry shrimp, shrimp and chicken pad Thai and crispy whole fish.
