Mascara Tip - Quick Fix!

You’ve applied your mascara and… yikes!  The lashes dotted the mascara all over your skin and the stuff won’t come off.  What to do?!  A Q-Tip soaked in eye makeup remover is the only way to go.  But better yet, next time you apply your mascara, hold a Kleenex under your lashes before the application, so the mascara dots the Kleenex instead!
