I read with interest the comments to the Baltimore Sun’s article on the Jewish Times suspending principal payments on a city loan. Why was the Jewish Times singled out? The Jewish Times, after all, is just one part of Alter Communications, a diverse media group including Style Magazine, Chesapeake Life Magazine and an array of custom publishing magazines. Being Jewish had nothing to do with the request we made of the city. Yet based on the comments I read on the Sunpapers website, it seems to some to have everything to do with it. You act as if this is something new about the Baltimore Sun! Why do you think the readership is down by the number it is! But on the other hand I could say the same thing about the Baltimore Jewish Times.
If the Baltimore Jewish Times continues to follow the same path as the Baltimore Sun with its liberal reporting your readership will fall even further as well.
And next time instead of looking for a loan modification you will be looking for a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Lawyer.
